When he (man) sees the whole variety-of-beings, as resting in the One, and spreading forth from That (One) alone, he then becomes BRAHMAN.

yadā = when; bhūta = of living entities; pṛthagbhāvaṃ = separated identities; ekasthaṃ = situated in one; anupaśyati = one tries to see through authority; tataḥ eva = thereafter; ca = also; vistāraṃ = the expansion; brahma = the Absolute; sampadyate = he attains; tadā = at that time.;
