Janaka and others attained Perfection verily by action only; even with a view to protecting the masses you should perform action.

karmaṇā = by work; eva = even; hi = certainly; saṃsiddhiṃ = in perfection; āsthitāḥ = situated; janakādayāḥ = Janaka and other kings; lokasaṃgrahaṃ = the people in general; evāpi = also; sampaśyan = considering; kartuṃ = to act; arhasi = you deserve.;
