He sees, who sees the Supreme Lord existing equally in all beings, the unperishing within the perishing.

samaṃ = equally; sarveṣu = in all; bhūteṣu = living entities; tiṣṭhantaṃ = residing; parameśvaraṃ = the Supersoul; vinaśyatsu = in the destructible; avinaśyantaṃ = not destroyed; yaḥ = anyone who; paśyati = sees; saḥ = he; paśyati = actually sees.;
