Holding this view, these ruined souls of small intellect and fierce deeds, come forth as the enemies of the world, for its destruction.

etāṃ = this; dṛṣṭiṃ = vision; avaṣṭabhya = accepting; naṣṭa = having lost; ātmanaḥ = themselves; alpabuddhayaḥ = the less intelligent; prabhavanti = flourish; ugrakarmāṇaḥ = engaged in painful activities; kṣayāya = for destruction; jagataḥ = of the world; ahitāḥ = unbeneficial.;
