तपस्विभ्योऽधिको योगी ज्ञानिभ्योऽपि मतोऽधिकः । कर्मिभ्यश्चाधिको योगी तस्माद्योगी भवार्जुन ॥ ६-४६॥

Transliteration

tapasvibhyo’dhiko yogī jñānibhyo’pi mato’dhikaḥ karmibhyaścādhiko yogī tasmādyogī bhavārjuna 6-46

English Translation

The YOGI is thought to be superior to the ascetics, and even superior to men-of-knowledge (mere scholars) ; he is also superior to men-of-action; therefore (you strive to) be a YOGI, O Arjuna.
