Far lower than the YOGA -of-wisdom is action, O Dhananjaya. Seek thou refuge in wisdom; wretched are they whose motive is the fruit.

dūreṇa = discard it at a long distance; hi = certainly; avaraṃ = abominable; karma = activity; buddhiyogāt = on the strength of Krishna consciousness; dhanañjaya = O conqueror of wealth; buddhau = in such consciousness; śaraṇaṃ = full surrender; anviccha = try for; kṛpaṇāḥ = misers; phalahetavaḥ = those desiring fruitive results.;
